The book says that whatever your current state or circumstances are the making of your own thoughts. Either happy or sad, rich or poor all is due to your thoughts only.
Let's understand it together. It goes like in the following order:
1. Thoughts
2. Words
3. Actions
4. Habit
5. Character
6. Destiny
If you ever pay attention while thinking something. You always think in terms of words.
So your Thoughts become Words, Your Words become your Actions, Your Actions become Habits, Your Habits build your Character. By your Character you are what you are right now in your life.
So here what you thinking is a game-changer for your life. The author suggests that you always think positive or constructive. And Choose your words very carefully while thinking.
For example, You got a job interview. You have to reach the office sharp at 9 AM. Now you can think this in one of two ways. First "I don't want to be late" OR Second "I want to reach there on time"
As you mark both sentences have the same meaning but the First one is refutative feeling and the Second one is affirmative feeling.
As per the author and also from so many scientific experiments the subconscious mind doesn't know the difference between affirmative or refutative. And your subconscious mind is very powerful. It contains limitless potential. Whatever you put inside. It will make it real. Either you like it or not. I came across this same concept in the Book "The Power of your subconscious mind" by "Joseph Murphy".
You have to be very careful in choosing your thoughts and words. As they can become boon or curse for your life. Positive and constructive thoughts can change life your life phenomenally.
You are the author of your life. Your life is a blank book. Whatever you think gets written into it. And in the end, the book is good or bad is depends on what you have written in it till the date. Good thoughts lead to Great life.
If you only pour this one book in your life you can become whatever you want. You can fulfill all your desires.
