This book is more about parenting. Your duties as a parent. How to raise your child?

Also it's written more from the mother's perspective. Because a mother performs a crucial role in children's growth. It's just like a gardener takes care of his plants. He must know when to water a plant or when to fertilize it.

It's about helping your children unleashed their maximum potentials. So that they can gloom at their fullest.

Here are few points I personally like from the book.

1. Open your house's windows for fresh air and sun-light
As they say "Fresh air keeps the doctor poor" - Danish Proverb

2. Put fresh flowers in your home daily.
Personally I don't like to pluck a flower from a plant. It looks better on a plant than flower pot.

3. Get early in the morning at 5 AM / 6 AM .
You will get a couple of more hours over others who are sleeping at that time. Also there are a significant amount of benefits mentioned in Hindu ancient textbooks. You can do things for your personal growth at that time.

4. Do Execrises
Do any kind of exercise. Jogging, Swimming, Running, Surya Namaskaram, Yoga or even Walk for few minutes.

5. Meditation
Do meditation in the morning. Even for 2-5 minutes, daily meditation will change your life in the long terms

6. Eat Healthy

7. Read Books
Children like to imitate their parents. If they see you talking/using your smartphone all day guess what they will do? They want to do the same. It's like as they say "Monkey see Monkey do".

So here are some ways suggested in the book how to raise a child who loves to read?
- First and most importantly you have to read books daily. So that they watch you and grow the interest for the same.
- At the first tell them stories or read them stories from a book
- Tell them life stories of great people's.
- Purchase books of their interests

8. Active listening
When you talk with your children or any other person give them your 100% attention while listening to them.

9. If your children make some mistake don't get angry on them
Consider the first mistake as a learning opportunity. Just ask them what they learn from their mistake? rather than giving them a big lecture or screaming on them.

10. Stay away from negetive peoples
Always be around the people who lift you up or add more value to your life. And be that kind of person.

11. Teach your children to respect others, Be kind and generous
Always set an example of yourself. As I mentioned earlier children will imitate their parents.

12. Teach your children about planning and setting goal for them
Don't be furious with them with this. Just be gentle. For example, ask them every Sunday what they did last week. And what they will do next week? with this kind of simple questions, they will start managing their tasks properly.

13. Never make a promise to your children that you are not sure about
When it comes to promising, children have very high hope from you. It's matters very much for them. Don't promise anything that you are not sure about by yourself. Instead surprise them. Under promise over deliver.
